Project Manager

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs

Job Duties:

  1. Project Manager will make sure that tasks are done on time and in the correct way.

  2. Responsible to track billable hours

  3. Communicate with clients on new requirement understanding and manage escalations.

  4. Technical knowledge preferred

  5. Manage help desk support.

  6. Has to be available till 11 pm IST.

Angular Developer

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs

Job Duties:

  1. Experience working on Angular 2+ for developing web apps  

  2. Fluent in concepts of javascript and angular  

  3. Proficiency in making high-performance UI  

  4. Must have clear OOPS concept and experience of working on OOPS-based javascript. 

Technical Support Engineer

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs

Job Duties:

  1. Proven working experience of 1+ years in enterprise technical support, IT -support or as a technical engineer

  2. Knowledge of MS SQL Server and SSIS. Knowledge of .Net Core will be a -plus.

  3. Strong problem-solving skills

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  5. Provide L2 Support.

  6. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

  7. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

  8. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

  9. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

  10. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

  11. Prepare accurate and timely reports

  12. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

  13. Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
